All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to 13% HST. Our secure server will process Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as CIM.
All non-credit card payments (cheques, bank draft, wire transfers) must be received no later than September 16th, 2016. After this date payments can only be collected onsite.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A processing fee of $187 will be applied to all cancelled registrations. After September 16th, no refunds will be issued for registration fees, field trips and social tickets. To be pre-registered, you must send this registration form before September 16th, 2016. After September 16th, delegates are requested to register onsite at the Radisson Hotel Sudbury.
CIM takes photos and videotapes this event. By registering, you give CIM permission to use any images taken during the conference and exhibition in which you appear.
