    All fees are in Canadian dollars (CDN). Our secure server will process MasterCard, Visa, and American Express only. Charges on your credit card statement will appear as MCI.

    Tour Cancellation and Refunds:

    MCI has the right to cancel any tours that fail to meet the required minimum tour participation numbers. If a tour is cancelled, delegates will be contacted prior to tour departure to advise them of the cancellation and they will be offered an alternative tour or a full refund. MCI will try to ensure that tours are not cancelled by lowering minimum participation numbers and still offering tours at a reasonable price. All delegates will receive tour confirmations and/or broadcast email notifications updating them of changes, cancellations, etc.

    Tours can be cancelled by a delegate up to and including seven (7) days prior to the tour departure date. Tour cancellations must be received in writing via email, fax or phone. All tours are non-refundable up to and including six (6) days prior to departure. All tours cancelled prior to the six (6) day cancellation clause are subject to an administration fee of $25.00 CAD per tour. There is no administration fee on tours cancelled due to lack of participation.

    Due to the age demographics of the group, MCI will use discretion when handling cancelations due to medical issues.
