Some exhibitors at the CME Conference will have purchased a “Lead Retrieval” system that is offered by Conexsys – our online registration supplier. This allows the exhibitors the opportunity to collect registrant's contact information for follow-up by scanning your badge bar-code. Exhibitors are obligated to ask permission before scanning a registrant’s name badge. By agreeing to have your name badge scanned, you are providing your address and telephone number that you provided at time of registration for future follow-up.
A refund will be made, less a $150 (Cdn) processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than Oct. 30, 2017. No refunds will be given after Oct. 30, 2017. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference should it become necessary. In this case, each registrant will be notified by email, followed by written notification and a full refund. St. Paul’s Hospital CME Conference for Primary Care Physicians is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as airline or hotel penalties.
The CME Conference Office will provide physicians duplicate copies of past Certificates of Attendance for up to two conference years. Request for duplicate copies of more than two conference years, a $50 (CDN) processing fee will apply.
Confirmation of Registration + Purchase Receipt will be provided electronically. You are advised to print these documents as soon as they are received in your email “Inbox”. You will not receive copies of these documents in the mail.

The Main Lecture Series takes place in the Ballrooms of the Vancouver Convention Centre (West). Please note individual location addresses for the Optional Learning Sessions.
