Toronto Shoe Show – Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
At LEAST ONE person in each exhibiting company MUST be a member of the OSTA.
Exhibiting companies who do not have at least one paid OSTA membership will be invoiced accordingly.
Toronto Shoe Show registration deadline is May 17, 2019 and must be done online.
Shortly after you are registered you will receive a confirmation email.
Upon approval of your registration, you will receive an invoice within 5 business days.
Payment information will be required once you have received your invoice.
Payment must be remitted in Canadian Funds - Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX
A charge of $25 will apply with NSF cheques.
Cheques made payable to Ontario Shoe Travellers Association.

Full payment must be received and cleared by show allocation – Friday, June 7, 2019
No refunds will be made for any cancellations.
Ensure that you have sufficient Exhibitor General Liability Insurance prior to show move-in on August 17, 2019

pictures, personal name, business name, personal address, business address, fax number, telephone number and email address.

responsibility should an accident occur as a result of inappropriate footwear.
Photography, Videotaping and Audiotaping
Except for services ordered through show management, exhibitors are strictly prohibited from taking pictures, videotaping and/or
audiotaping in the Exhibit Hall or Boardroom areas.
