Registering on-site is fast and easy. Participants visit any of the CONEXSYS data entry stations where twin screens, one for the data entry person and one for the registrant, allow for greater accuracy and speed. Entrance badges and tickets to special events are printed immediately and provide to the registrant without delay.
Badges are easy-to-read and colour-coded for quick category identification. At the venue entrance, badges are quickly tracked with a barcode scanner system, allowing for hundreds of participants to be processed in minutes, eliminating long line-ups. Tracking at entry allows for detailed attendance reporting and traffic analysis. Continuing education credits can also be tracked and certificates generated.
